[QUOTE=MACH84;63707Explain to me how 3.75 to 1 Trip rig, influences crew manning at all? It does not, it would however increase Pay, and this is what we have giving away to obtain Agency Shop among other things.

As far as logging in the ALPA SECURED server, so you can track my name, no thanks. You tell me when, will the last non member will retire from Fedex?

It does change manning requirements. Each international line will have about a half a day less work. Do the numbers.

As far as the non member list...6/10/2023...could you be P.T? Sounds like you don't have access.

Truly, I don't know, however we have negotiated a good a 10 pages long, retiree medical insurance for him or her.
Should be easy enough to find with just a few mouse clicks and keystrokes!

Black helicpoters!

Trick question and not enough info to answer the question! Assuming anyone turning 60 can stay on as a SO there is no way to determine when he/she will retire, and who the last will be!

Well, that is considering that the company does not want to pay higher BLGs,Even thought the spread between the low/high line is also going up to 13 hours.

Trip rig affects pay only, but it does not affect Manning directly, unless the parameters are changed to wash out the 3.75 to 1 trip rig pay effect and keep Blgs lower.
In fact, we have given the company a whole 13 months to play with it.

And we are hereby giving you 13 hours to answer koz2000's question, or shut up.

The question again:

Answer koz2000's question #4 if you can. More of us want to see you answer #4 rather than discuss this pancaked carcass of horse.

Will logging on the Alpa secure server, so you can find out my name and seniority number, will change any facts.

The discussion here is Concession to the company in exchange for agency Shop.

I have been here 15 years, if that makes you happy.

Nope. 5 hours, 38 minutes to go.

Put down the crackpipe and log on to the ALPA site - - if you can.
