Default Question about LIDO RM and LIDO eRM

Hello, I have a question my Airline uses paper charts from LIDO but we still don´t use the EFB yet. What i would like to know is if someone here is using Both and has access to LIDO FIV i would like to know if the LIDO Charts available in the eRM are the same that are available in FIV that we can consult at home or at the hotel . i Ask this because i´m searching for one Specific Airport and i´m not beeing able to find it anywhere.
If someone could give-me an aswer to this question i would be very Gratefull

My Regards

They are the same here at FedEx, one's on paper and the other's on a TV set.
Is there a book for "Alternate Airports" in addition to the other books that you have? If so, it may be there.
Cheers,
fbh

Which specific airport are you looking for? Within the LIDO FIV, I can also use the default non-FDX LIDO library, which is all of the charts that LIDO has in their library - the charts will be in metric and not US units (KM vs NM, etc). The FDX LIDO eRM is strictly (the way I understand it) the default FDX coverage.

Hello "fdxdispatchguy" , In the LIDO FIV we have 3 options: the Office, and the two other ones with both our Fleets. I´ve searched in each one of them and Nothing.... the airport which i´m searching is PANC in Alaska and i´ve also searched MMUN in México but like i said it´s not beeing easy at all. Maybe we have some kind of restriction within LIDO that doesn´t allow us to access their complete database.... let´s see if i manage to find them...

My Best Regards

They are the same and they are different. The charts in the eRM are runway specific when you get to the STARs and SIDs, whereas, the paper and FIV charts have all possible routings for a particular STAR or SID on a single page. Obviously, that makes those charts much more cluttered than what you see on the eRM.

Which airport are you searching for?

Sorry, I missed that in your previous post. I believe LIDO is a tailored product. If ANC or Cancun isn't part of your normal route or alternates, you won't have access, because the company probably didn't pay for it.

Hello, well now that you´ve talked about it.... yes and it makes sense that it may be the reason why i can´t find them.... we also have some airports were only we fly that may not be available to other LIDO Costumers. Any ideia of where i can find PANC LIDO charts?

Thanks for the Help and my Best Regards

One of the sites i like to reference for a "new" airport is Airnav.

So, here's the link
AirNav: PANC - Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport
