New hire MD-11 by Furlough, on Flickr[/IMG]

New hires for the win! On the Airbus I see a new hire dropped in every so often into training, but no big group of them. Still, new hires padding the seniority list are a good thing!

And yes, I am a BIG believer in small bids every month - I had that in a previous life at an airline that just declared bankruptcy. They have twice the pilots and twice the domiciles and using 1960s computers they can still manage monthly bids. Amazing.
Actually there were around 6 or 7 A11F to go to training in Jan. on the old training list. Looks like they put in some Pro instructors?
With the Airbus they have had a new hire each month going to HKG, since July or so.
At least the 11 727SO are still on the training list for January!
