FEDEX: Shoes with uniform $$?
#2
Yes you can. I just did it. Scan receipt and attach like any other to a non-travel expense report. Easiest way would be to charge the shoes on your corporate card and then the expense report is automatically generated after you review the credit card charge.

Actually, by the contract, you have to use the corp card unles the store won't take it.

Yes but only if you buy those really cool tennis shoes with the velcro straps that I see more and more in AOC. Nothing screams professional louder than black tennis shoes polyester pants and four stripes on your blouse. : )

When all else fails, search "shoes" on PFC:
Shoes
The approved uniform shoe must be a black plain toe dress shoe or dress boot. Cowboy boots, tennis shoes, Doc Martens, and similar footwear are not approved for wear or reimbursement. Approved shoes are reimbursable under the uniform policy and pilots must submit a detailed, original receipt with an expense report.
Shoe repair is not reimbursable; however, shoe resoling (usually an expense of $30.00 or more) is reimbursable with original receipt.
