If you do it on the AOC computers and print it out there, make sure to not let it print double sided,or you'll have to redo it.
That's odd. The actual form you can pick up at the Consulate in Hong Kong is an A3-sized sheet of paper folded in half to produce a "booklet" which is A4-sized, printed on both sides. They also don't require they be typed. Hand-written is just fine.
