Same, though I primarily use the card for ATM withdrawals. Purchases I have a Marriott Visa with Chase. No FOREX fees on it.
As for American version of Chip and Pin cards, Chase offers two for now that both do not have FOREX fees;

I've also heard that Citi credit cards can be chipped, however you need to call them directly. A bit of a tedious process if you can even get one in the first place.
