not quite right...
Of course UPS continues to get their annual raises whether their contract is amendable or not.
Our per diem amounts ARE recalculated every January, which can go up or down based on a cost of living formula by geographic area (usually goes up, but European has gone down).

My early impressions of what captains look like came from pirate movies. There's a thought. How about the new captain's uniform involving an eye-patch, fake beard, a parrot, and a peg-leg? The hook and plastic sword would be optional. The only thing they would be allowed to say outside the cockpit is "Arrrr."
