No. There is no question on whether you will be paid for your trip. Just whether it's just at 100%, or CH in excess of your lower RLG at 150%.

You won't get the difference between 42 and your 65 hour trip until the next mid month check however. Your RLG is what you be paid this month. When you fly the trip it will pay the value, if it's cancelled or changed since it's a res assignment you will only get what it pays in the end, but that will likely be close to 65 if it's flown as scheduled.
