Fdx: recurrent and carryover r-days
Sorry, I know it's around but I couldn't find it.
If I put my recurrent training in the middle of a block of r-days that carryover into August, will the hours for the entire block go into my CIA bank for July or only the r-days that are actually in July? Or....?
Thanks, ol'tigerguy.

You probably already found this:
ii. If the pilot's recurrent training splits a block of R-days, then the entire block shall be dropped as a phase-in conflict and the pilot shall not be responsible for any of the R-days in that block.
I didn't find any distinction between carryover or otherwise, in regards to blocks of R-days. To me it seems you would knock out the entire block. Good question though, hopefully someone who's gone through it chimes in.

Let us know what actually happens.
I do know of one individual who knocked all his R days out then Requested a 70 hour C/O trip. Fun thing is that made his current month BLG about 3 hours with the exceptionally small mid-month and end of month paycheck of 1.5 CH each.

My answer was based on a phone call to my VTO/Futures Scheduler, 'bout a year or so ago. After hearing her explanation, I bid and was awarded a Reserve line that did NOT carryover. FWIW, I recommend you contact your Futures person, and make sure that guidance/interpretation still holds true, since you've got a few days until July bids close.
Good luck, and let us know what you find out.

Talked to her today. All r days are dropped in the block you get training scheduled ( carryover included ). Just need to have at least 2 r-days on one side or the other of the training days.

Trying to drop them all or not? If trying to drop all, then depends on what time your sim is done on the last day, you can make it work with one day on the rear. Also, one day on the front would work if there's no GS and a later sim. 2 days on either side will always work though.
