QOL is open to one's opinion. (Skd is something like 21 on 7 off for the 757 and I think its worse for the 747). Home basing last I knew when they were up in YIP.
Fleet
One passenger 757-200 (176CA) based in DXB. They were working on a second one (168CA) before the OAI crash but I've since heard it hinted that the 757 is actually going to be dumped and NCR would just be a 747-400F operation (second hand rumors from a few people, so take it for what it is worth).
Two 747-400F. Before the crash it was three and there was talk of adding more.
Pay
Not very high for the type of aircraft they fly. The pay scales are on APC (don't know how current they are).
Routes
Wherever..... 121 supplemental lifestyle. The 757 does have some type of "schedule" out of DXB however.
Sounds like you might need to do a lot of research into this company. National Airlines (ICAO: NCR) is the former Murray Air, so start googling there.

Last I knew 168CA was going to be it for 757 (for now at least) especially since they sold all the combis to ATI. But again, I'm just getting second hand info about future fleet projections for NCR.

It's like most aviation jobs are nowadays..You have to know someone, and then it's still a crapshoot. I had my resume hand delivered to the CP at National. I have lots of supplemental 121 cargo Captain experience & a squeaky clean record and still have heard nothing for months. Good luck to you, maybe you'll have better luck than I.

- Former AA 757-200W
N567CA - KMIA - KSFB
National Airlines 757 List
- 259CA and 763CA are with ATI and 169CA was sold to FedEx last year.
So it now appears the plan is one pax 757, one combi 757, and one 757 freighter. Interesting....
