Actually with that big fat chick on the nose of your Air Force fighter I believe I could see you in the turn of a 20 mile split. Fights on

Don't mess with the fat chick. She's our secret weapon. When we're behind the power curve, we jettison her and gain an instantaneous 50 knot delta. Check 6.

It was because of a legality with my previous employer. Yes it is beyond you.

Someday you will wish you had the opportunity to sleep in your own bed with your girl every night, instead of on the road in a lonely hotel room. CJC has given me that QOL; which is much more important to me than a few dollars per hour.

Also, as you will find out it is more who you know than what you have flown. There are lots of guys with jet PIC who cant move on because they lack connections while TP guys are getting the slot the jet guy applied for because their friend walked in their app.

Quite doubtful, but keep dreaming captain CFI.

Poor Kilo Alpha,

Obviously he lacked a good male role model as a child and never got to savor the education he got in that insightful "young bull, old bull moment".

And before you comment, I am not quite as young as the full of Bull..I mean "Bravado" Captain Mark, but you aren't less than half my age.

At 23, you're a little behind the power curve. CaptainMark at 37 is way ahead to be a "French POS Captain". You would be well served to be pumping him for information instead of insulting him. Perhaps, if you wiped that smart-a$$ smirk off your face and consulted him as a mentor, he would drop the facade and be honored to help you.

And before you say it....you could use the help. You are a little behind the curve.

If you are not familiar with the "Old bull, young bull" story, I'd be happy to enlighten you. It is quite entertaining and very illustrative of how youthful exuberance can't quite match the wisdom that comes from experience.

Jakal out----

So how does an aircraft running it a building compare with the whole freakin' tail falling off?

Help me with what, this all started cause I voiced my opinion that Airbus' are underbuilt. God forbid I have an opinion.

I'm not a Bus driver (thank God) so I can't speak specifically to that airplane. The tire speeds on the MD-11 are company imposed limitations. Neither the aircraft nor tire manufacturers impose the limits. Even at 10K for a 90 degree turn the inside nosewheel tire is off of the ground during the turn.

It's true that there is no stated restriction on the use of max autobrakes in the MD-11. But I think we'd pretty much all agree that you need a good reason to use max. The brake temps get pretty high after a max brake landing. And if I remember correctly, there's a required minimum 45 minute turn time after a max brake landing. Like we could turn one faster than that.

A young bull and an old bull are standing on a bluff, looking down at a pasture of cows. Having recently had his first experience with a cow, and now considers himself as being an "expert", trys to impress the old bull.

"Hey old bull, whaddya say we RUN down there and $crew us one of those cows!"

The old bull stands there for a minute, sniffs the air, snorts, and says. "Son, whaddya say we walk down there and $crew them all."

The other reason you don't is that on the MD-10, if you use max brakes, then turn faster than 10 knots, you might break a main gear off......ooops...did I just speak my inner monologue aloud?

Before you all fly off the handle.....I was being facetious.

And we don't want to talk about MD-80s losing (or 'loosing' for losers who can't spell) the entire empennage during certification.. and let's not discuss the problems with the early B-52s that were shedding rudders... or the 737 and the rudder problems...

And let's also not discuss how rudder slams from full stop to full stop exceed the design limits of ANY airplane out there...

And since you are a SAAB driver, we don't want to talk about the problems the 2000 had which required first the MECs and then the PECs for elevator feel...

Never let facts interfere with uninformed opinion.
