Has anyone been denied from picking up a M/U trip that overlaps a MED bar? The reason I ask, is one of the MD-11 F/O "charter guys" was able to pick up a sweet charter at the end of the month that overlaps a red MED bar. I assume he was able to pick it up as long as his medical is completed within 48 hours of the beginning of the trip. But if other pilots are being denied make-up requests that overlap a red MED bar (while at the same time he is able), something is wrong. Trip 2078/21 May.
