Anyone interview with Kalitta lately? I sent in my updated resume at the beginning of the month and just received an email for a phone interview. Any idea what kind of questions they ask? Thanks in advance.

Let's see, 160 pilots short right now and looking to buy 9 more jets. Don't think we will be "fully staffed" anytime soon.
