You think he's been planning this conspiracy to make a fake UPS interview post for the past four months?

sure, I have no information to indicate otherwise.

Let it go. It happened as stated, not everyone has a hidden agenda. It was an FYI & to others to be forewarned I'm sure.

Out of interest....what is a normal airline personality test like? It seems a strange thing to have failed.....but since I have never taken one, I dunno.

It is the Hogan assessment. Google it. The pilots that fail tend to do so because they think they (are or) have to be perfect, and that shows up as being dishonest on the test results. Either that or the voices in their head.....

It was a computer based test. A hundred-plus true/false questions such as "I like to spend the evening reading." "I was good at math when I was a child." "My friends think I'm adventurous." I'm decidedly introverted. These types of tests consistently say that I would be happiest as a librarian, which I always thought was stupid. I don't have problems running a C-130 crew in the latest combat zones doing what I'm told is considered fairly challenging flying, so I'm just an outlier for what's considered "normal" for an aviator. The tests are meant to help young people figure out what they'd be successful and happy doing, not to tell old, successful people that they're wrong.
After I got over the initial insult, I decided pretty quickly that, as someone else said, it's probably for the best.

Right now the voices are telling me to get a job somewhere other than UPS.
