I would like to know because if the C/O trip is removed this Monday (CIC window closing), I could then still max slide my vacation during the September CIC window (next month), correct?

Thanks.
If it touches your vacation (unslid) it will be removed on Monday. As long as you do not slide it this month you can always slide next month. One slide only is the rule. The trip may go away at bid award actually and would only stay on your line if you would slide it away from it and then it would be essentially put back on your line. Depends where the trips falls on your vacation, meaning if there is no possible way to "avoid" the trip it goes away at bid award. Otherwise it will go Monday morning/afternoon.
