Any other FedEx guys having issues getting to Trip Manager? I tried today, and it looks as if the link has been removed. I also tried calling corporate travel (numerous times), and can't get through - imagine that!

I was told by travel the link would be dead the last week of the month...just checked and it's dead. I was on there last night or this morning but now it's gone. Too bad, I really like using it but I was surprised how many of my peers didn't even know about it.

Glad I booked my DHs on Sunday. The Vips page is still essentially useless. I guess Ill be talking to corporate travel the old fashioned way from here on out.

The Route Pricing on the deviation and deadhead "tab" is decently close to trip manager. It was recently added. The formatting still isn't the best and I hate hitting details and getting a pop up. I don't understand why the can't take a look at kayak, orbitz, etc and take a hint from professional websites on how they format and provide functionality?

Just tried: tripmanager.com and was greeted with:
"Your login information cannot be verified. Please try again or contact your travel administrator for assistance."
The IT guys setting up the Dev&Deadhead web stuff said that Tripmanager wanted to shut down the end of July. Guess they finally pulled the plug.
Too bad, I liked using it vice sitting on hold for hours w/global travel. But that's what I'll be doing now. Because buying a ticket using the 'new' system makes you deviate immediately in order to buy that ticket
. And per the CBA:
"Your login information cannot be verified. Please try again or contact your travel administrator for assistance."

. And per the CBA:After a pilot provides notification of his deviation from a scheduled international deadhead, he may not trade, drop or authorize a personal bump on the international trip containing the deadhead, unless authorized by CRS, or his ACP.
So deviating 2-3 weeks out seems to be just too big a risk to take, considering CRS can revise your great trip and make it very painful. Then you'll wish you could get rid of it.

I can't even book a ticket on the worthless FDX website. Go through the entire process, and it finally says that my ticket request has failed. Couldn't book a $200 ticket, but I betcha it would allow me to book all the $1500 ones that they were listing. Had to search really hard to find the $200 direct. So they think this is going to save money? Give me a break. Crew travel booked it for me, after a long time on hold.
We must be the only company that has taken their employees from doing things online, to having to do them over the phone. Going backwards. Such incompetence. Sure hope the management guy who decided it was a great idea to get rid of trip manager gets his big bonus. Because even if he ends up costing FedEx millions of dollars, he'll save a penny by shutting trip manager down, right?

That said, I liked tripmanager. I could figure out the FDX ticket price without having to waste time on the phone with corporate travel.
