TouchID for FXCal!!

Yes I'm going to the "Update Pilot Info" page. When I select the Password line the phone asks for "Touch ID for FX Cal." I use my thumbprint, it is accepted, I then enter my VIPS password but I always get the save "error" listed above. I cannot turn on the Auto Login w/Touch ID now because the password cannot be saved.
When I don't attempt to use the Touch ID option, FX Cal works fine. I just have to always manually enter my VIPS password. Like I was stuck in the 2000s or something!

After you initially hit the "update pilot info" and it ask you for your touch ID, hit cancel instead of using your touch ID like you said you've been doing. It will then allow you to re-save your password again, that is what I had to do. I'm just passing on what worked for me...I'm sure Kurt will be here soon to give you the better answer.

Ya. When I try that it displays "Unknown error" and I cannot enter the password or do anything else.
If I try to use my phone code instead of my thumbprint it ends up the same result as the thumbprint - password not saved.
UPDATE:
I've been banging on the keyboard (channeling my inner Dire Straits) and after saving and deleting a blank password, I was able to save my VIPS password. No idea the whys or wherefores but it's working again.
Thanks for the assistance.

Glad you are working.
Not sure I could have been any more help than VSTOLG4.
It was a little touchy to program with a few idiosyncrasies that I could not get to repeat.
It took a lot of hours trying to get it functioning and stable.
Hope it keeps working for all in the future.

Kurt. Have you ever approached the association about paying our subscription fees? I believe Delta pilots have similar access via association dues. Plus it would migrate more of our pilots off the company site to avoid the UN-required blogs and spams about cargo doors and APUs.

Might be a good idea.
The basic program without a subscription allows as lot of easy communication with the company.
