UPS app problem

UPS app problem
I have submitted my stuff at UPS since the new system in August. I have also updated my stuff numerous times since. I went to try and update again today and the system says it doesn't recognize my ssn. Anyone having this problem and what is the fix?

I do not have that exact problem, I did get a email from HR stating the position I applied for is filled. All my stuff is still in and hoping to hear back from them since I emailed them for the FlightOfficer position. Ever since they put that new updated system and we had to reapply, everything seems to be screwed- up. good luck also.

I also tried to update my UPS app over the last few days, but when I enter my ss#, the system states it can not find my information. I last updated in November.
My app has been on file since the new system has been up and running. I met all the requirements, unless mins have changed. Also my app was on file under the old system as well.
Hopefully someone can shed some lite on this situation.

I've seen the same postings on other web boards ref UPS app problems. I too filled out the app again and again my SSN did not match anything on file. I just completed the "New" app last week. I wonder what is going on and does UPS know they have a problem?
