Services like Uber will be not allowed pickup at the terminal.
Even cab companies out there only buy the VERY expensive badges for a subset of their fleet. Then only those particular cars are allowed pickup at OAK.
At least that is the word a few years ago.
Cheap but long time way is take the new BART train from OAK passenger side to the BART Coliseum. FedEx runs a parking shuttle every half hour from OAK hub to BART Coliseum.

Walk it!
I commuted in and out of there for two years on FDX. Walked back and forth every time walking to and from the main terminal and FDX. Takes about 20 mins(ish) towing a bag. Little over a mile in distance and sidewalks the whole way.
