Would taking a job at UPS make it more difficult to get a job at one of the big3?

Out of your 1000+ posts I wonder how many are of this cute and clever variety? Does it ever get old to you? Do you ever feel like a douche when you hit 'enter'? Do you feel like you're offering a critical service by pointing this out in nearly every thread?

No, it would not.

But if you can get hired at UPS, you can get hired at the big 3 without working at UPS first.

Take a look at projected retirements at the big 3 and UPS over the next five years. No need to go to UPS first. Simple math.

You would think he would feel really stupid not being able to figure it out by now. No wonder he cant get a real airline job.

You would be crazy to come to UPS with other airlines hiring.

Night flying sux. No movement. No retirements. Bases suck. Good chance you'll get furloughed at their first opportunity. The company literally hates you. Catering sucks! Hotels (domestic especially) suck! And worst of all, NURPS.
