Aviation management isn't a bad degree at most major four year schools. Basically it's a business degree with a few aviation courses thrown in. It's simple to add a few courses and get a finance, marketing or accounting double major. Getting your MBA from that point is a breeze.
IMO, do not get an aeronautical sciences degree. That usually amounts nothing more than an extra slip of paper to accompany your commercial multi-engine and CFI.

Best of luck. Have fun in everything you do. Get a degree that can provide you an income in the future, but you must enjoy what you do. As for the flying, all I can say is flying in the military has been great. Get a little flying at school, save the rest of your money and try and get an UPT slot, then do the best you can there. If you're flying Fighters or heavies it doesn't matter...you're serving your country, gaining excellent experience and setting yourself up for the future. As for Fighters vs. heavies both have advantages and disadvantages. I'm bias to Fighters, but that is going to generate a thousand replies.

Sometimes we work very hard for something and once we achieve it it was not what we expected. Sometimes you have to do something to find out it is not what you want to do after all.
I think your plans sound good and it is nice you are planning...but don't put all of your eggs in one basket. Would a degree in Business Administration be a good thing to have?
For the the airlines your degree can be in anything, just as long as you have one (or more).
Best wishes to you.
