I would imagine that, being hired based on a willingness to go to an FDA, the paperwork committing you to an FDA would be done on the first day or two of Indoc, when all the other employment paperwork is done.

On the other hand, while on probation, you are an at-will employee. Any thought of finding a loophole to get out of an FDA assignment should be balanced against the ability to fire your butt with no justification needed.

They can bid out as a new hire, they can even be awarded another seat/domicile......but they will go to HKG and be scheduled to transfer/train after their two years is up.....

At least that is how it seems to have worked in the past.

Lots more movement at the end of practice #3 versus practice #2. The training letter should be comical.
