I think it is safe to say no Fedex crew want to domiciled in China........( I know there is always that one pilot)
Guanghou or Shenzen?.................Not

(Shanghai might be doable but would be very very expensive but finding a Chinese laundry would be easy)

If you say Hong Kong... you might get some takers.

Fodor's: "Five express trains (HK$280 first class, HK$250 second class) depart daily for Guangzhou from Hong Kong's Kowloon Station (Hong Chong Rd., Hong Kong). The trip takes about about 1¾ hours. The last train back to Hong Kong leaves at 6 PM."

Is that in a Twatter, flown by two half-crazed Philipinos?

On a side note: Why are they testing tablet PCs? What is the reason we need to be able to write on them?

Just guessing, so we can practice LIDO and FMS. I am not saying we need touch screen for this, just guessing that is the reasoning.

My understanding is that any FMS practice software requires the issue of a software license to each user, read $$$. Which is why it is not available to us now. Unless you can get a bootleg AA copy.

Tablet PC with touchscreen because it has EFB software on it and can be used a backup if the ones in the A/C die.

By the time we get the tablet PC's in our hands they will be obsolete. I hope they didn't order all of the tablet PC's for the entire crewforce last year when they ordered the initial batch.
