Default Cargo networking advice

I'm a 16 year Air Force Lt Col and F-15 IP/EP with 3K hours stationed in North Carolina. Not staying a day past 20years and want to set myself up for a cargo carrier upon retirement but most members of my community are flying for Delta, United, SWA. From what I here, recommendations are everything at FEDEX. I have a uncle who works for FEDEX express as an executive in Indy but not a pilot. Anybody recommend how to network breakthrough in the Fedex/UPS community? We have a lot of talented guys in my community and seem to go to the same airline due to established contacts. I am looking to expand my opportunities.

I still have a few years but rather start this process earlier rather than later. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Have you tried the F15 Facebook community? Recommendations helps a little, and by all means get them, but it is not nearly as important anymore. 5 years is a long time, apply everywhere, and go with your first major offer. But FDX is deininitely a good choice.

That's ok now a days it is a career enhancer, in fact we could turn in Jetjok for sensitivity training and ruin his career.

Default There's plenty

of old Mudhen folks at UPS/Fedex. Find the seniority lists for each and start making contact. Some folks don't do Facebook (myself included).

He should probably just avoid attempting to joke about something he obviously doesn't know enough about to actually make it funny.

How would i go about getting the seniority list? Cargo I believe would be the best fit for myself and family. I just want to have everything in a sock about a year prior to retirement.

How many recommendations do you think would help? Also, would non-pilot recommendations happen or even accepted? Thank you.
