Doesn't surprise me a bit.... More than one non-crew jumpseater has shivered through cockpit control of the courier area temp (especially if they ate the crew's meals).

I always mentioned not eating thee crew meals as part of my j/s safety briefing ... and never had that problem.

And like the flight attendants say in their safety announcements, "Place IT firmly over your mouth and nose and breath normally."
