Assuming that $1 is assessed on all shippers I would probably say the customers would eventually eat it most of it, although the stockholders and labor would probably suffer from some of the decreased business. If it were something like a Cadillac tax on healthcare that our competition didn't necessarily have to pay it would probably be passed on to labor one way or the other. You have to look at why we have FDX paying for our healthcare in the first place. It is an income tax avoidance scheme were FDX gets more money in our pockets indirectly than directly. The Cadillac tax screws that game up.
