Someone from right seat moved to management. He's been around and I believe a good person for the job. Not someone I want to see thrown into the corporate meat grinder either.

I like that kid. Honestly he's too d***ed good a pilot to waste on a desk and I like flying with him.
Actually gives me hope. Granted due to the pilot shortage these kids are moving fast, faster than we ever have. The 20 something generation is full of "gimme gimme I'm a little flower" but the ones we've hired here are hard chargers and don't slack off. Good pilots and good people. Sadly I know due to our notoriously ****** pay all of them will move own.
