I just got back from our second trip to Atlantis in the last 2 summers. I am not a big sit by the pool person, but the resort is amazing. The prices vary widely from the old Beach Towers to the Main Tower and the most expensive is the Cove Tower. If you can get in The Cove Tower you are given access to a seperate pool which is very nice. Food ranges from the very high end to reasonable deli type food. Let me know if you have any specific questions and I'll try and answer them.. If you go with the kids they will love the water park.

I've been there a couple times. I always stay in the Royal Towers as it's the main building you see in the commercials. The Cove is very high end. A lot of celebrities stay at the Cove. I would not call the food prices reasonable. Even if you eat dinner at Johnny Rockets, it will still cost you $40/person. A can of soda is $4, a can of beer is $6. The hotel is one of the neatest I've ever stayed at. It is a water park, casino, and aquarium in one. The rooms are clean with great views, but nothing spectacular. I would recommend going there once unless you are rich. Last time I went there was on my honeymoon. The 5 day trip probably cost me $5000. That's a lot of money to me for a 2 person, 5-day vacation. I could have gone to another Caribbean Island for $1500 and had just as much fun.
