It is also explained during the interview. If you have the opportunity to interview ask HR if they would be willing to send you the info prior.
I personally didn't pay a lot of attention to the healthcare portion because I am covered under my spouse's plan. At a quick glance, I would say I have seen better and seen much worse. It really depends on if you have dependents, spouse, etc.

Legacies do not positive space you to or from work/home. Legacies don’t give you the air miles. They often require you to Jumpseat to work the day before work, or home the day after work.
Legacies don’t give you hotels in base. You must get a Crashpad, hotel, move, or stay with friends or family. Legacies don’t typically let you keep hotel points either. When you finally upgrade you’ll be back in the Crashpad again.
At Omni, you travel on real tickets, you keep the air miles and the travel is done on workdays as part of your scheduled days. You get a hotel every night once you leave home. In most cases you will keep those award points also.
I have the full boat insurance coverage on everything. Family medical is about $360 a month with fairly standard deductibles and copays. Once you add top line family dental, vision, life insurance for all, disability insurance, legal services coverage and other misc stuff you end up with full boat everything covered for just under $800 a month.
Vacations. At legacies You can do 3-5 days off between trips where the first and last day are always unpacking or packing and unwinding from work or planning your commute back in. Or, you can be at Omni where you’re off two weeks at a time, essentially getting a vacation every month if you wanted to. No stress from commuting, just clear KCM them walk past all the crews trying to Jumpseat while you board the executive platinum, mosaic, or whatever other top tier customer gets.
When you vacation it will be on real tickets from award miles, not standby and you’ll stay in hotels free using your diamond select status points.
That all said. If you’re under 40 and can deal with commuting, the legacies are still the way to go in my opinion. They’re more stable over the long run. The ACMI industry is just finally catching up with where it should be. If you’re in the left seat already at Omni that decision to leave isn’t as easy. For me, no commuting headaches and never needing a Crashpad are huge huge QOL issues. Getting a vacation every month is awesome too.
I’m still pretty new, but I don’t plan on leaving.

Anyone know if OMNI hires pilots who aren’t current? I retired from the AF six months ago and had to take a sim job due to some health issues with the family. I retired with competitive hours, but my 12 month total is now down to less than 30 hrs.
Trying to back to flying now but can’t afford the regionals’ pay.
Thanks!

When you're splitting the difference between the 97th and 98th income percentile it's not that much of a difference. A bigger consideration is QOL; which kicks in at some point. Some guys love 2 weeks off in a row others freak out over being gone a month at a time (losing sight of having the same amount of days off in either case). It's not for everyone.

I have never met anyone that wanted more money, who is ever happy. I have met a number of people who are happy with their lives...none of them think more money will make them happier.

What if you have enough for retirement, and you don't care if you have more...and quality of life is your #1 priority.
