With the hiring of street Captains, will FO upgrades take longer on the 767 (how long)?

No one knows what will happen pretty much anywhere with the Coronapocalypse, but the most junior non-street C/A is junior to me, and I've been here a little over a year. Upgrade couldn't be a whole lot faster.

they only hired street captains once. We’ve had internal upgrades awarded since then. The street captains are still in training.

Hi everyone,
This may be a dumb question but for the f/o position is the 1000hr PIC a hard requirement or have exceptions been made?
Thanks in advance.

Honestly in this day and age. You're probably going to need a lot of TPIC and some heavy time to be competitive.

Thanks Riverside. That's what I thought but figured I'd ask.

I have friends with 2500+ TPIC at 121 carriers, college degree (some with Masters Degree), Check Airman, and 5+ type ratings with no failures applying to Omni right now. Guys with international experience and really solid pilots (with no skeletons in their closets). I doubt most of them even get a call.

The applications that Omni will be getting right now will be ridiculously qualified.
