Default Miami air

Anyone has any info on Miami air ?

What’s the Hiring Minimums ?
Does the company pay for the atp if you already have the written done ? Is it possible to pick up extra flying on your days off or you have to stick to whatever is on your schedule ? How is the interview process ?

They used to make furloughed Continental 737 pilots resign before they were hired.

Default Anything

Any info at all? Since Jacksonville, has anything changed? The pay is pretty low so not sure how they’re fairing finding people.

Angry Wow

Doing my own research and talked to a few down in Mijami and it’s bad, really bad! The turnover is high and the people they are getting are just wow. Worse than Southern, if you can believe it. Low pay and poor working conditions. They really need some serious improvements. I mean damn.
