Heard the fat lady is on the stage with a date of 15 April if the last suitor, Eastern Air Express, doesnt show up with the bank book.

Don't have any internal sources, but bankruptcy docket has been very telling. They've burned through all of their DIP financing and are now requesting a 2nd increase to get through March. Interim management appears to be shifting focus to liquidation and are discussing D&O tail coverage - in layman's terms, insurance to cover their butts from the impending lawsuits when the company folds.

Same thing I heard, talking caretaker status for the certificate. EAE is only interested in the cargo and NHL contracts
