Planes - pilots - msp base and Midwest presence - gates - routes - sim - ground support equipment - F/A's. A lot I personally believe.
I also think SY will keep growing and adding value to their business so it becomes even more attractive. Now is the time to do that with oil so cheap. That will only last so long. I'll be interested in seeing what happens. GL

10-11 days off on reserve. Golden days are One 4 day stretch that cannot be moved. It's basically 5/2, in a 31 day month you get one 3 day stretch off usually. Senior line holders get 17-20 days off. You won't be able to hold that type of line for many years. Junior lines are usually 14-17 days off. There are Florida commuters, not the greatest QOL unless you are senior. Try JetBlue, spirit or southwest. They have Florida bases. If I lived in Florida, Sun Country would not be my first, second or even my third choice.... no commuter policy, no hotels like the regionals offer for commuters, training contract... the list goes on. Management has a lot to learn! You would be frustrated to say the least at Sun Country.

I think they might be delaying some hiring and upgrades. The instructors are not volunteering to work. This management group has decided to not allow the instructors to work doubles. Therefore most will just fly their line and pick up a couple extra days of flying to offset their loss of instructors override pay. They think they are making to much money... HAHA, The management group doesn't realize they are getting a bargain. Top captain pay is 90 bucks an hour less than Delta. This group of guys are aweful.
