All N8 aircraft operate under Part 119. The 757 is Orlando based with a small cadre living around there.
The contracts & ad hoc charters mean the hours vary each month. IDK what the schedule is with the pilot group.

You are right. There is no Part 119. My bad. I should have said “section” 119 under 121.

There is Part 119. That's how you get certified as an air carrier.
