Now that the election is over with, time to elect positions within the MEC for your newly elected reps.

Only 90 pilots voted while 618 were eligible.
SkyWest might not have a union, but when the turnout is THAT low it shows that Compass pilots in general don't care about the union.
And you wonder why the company treats the contract like TP. If everyone was holding the company accountable they'd have a harder time abusing it.
