I saw #3 on a plane swap earlier this month, and he's on the bidding list for November, so he must have bypassed.

I know #10 wanted the F9 flow, and he appears to be gone, so looks like the first month of F9 flows went at least that low.

As much as I would love a bottom of the 9th miracle, I fear the damage has been done. There are too many people who have left/will leave in the next 2-3 months. Right around the 2 biggest months during our winter season. I see it and I think DL sees it (see above). Even if Compass got more flying, I'm not so sure we would be able to staff it. Every CA I know has either an interview or CJO. I would say about half of the FOs I fly with either have an interview or are just gonna stick it out because they are junior and don't have much too lose.

The only thing I can think of is that they do have 20 planes coming but those probably wouldn't be on property until Summer/Fall 2020. So maybe they are betting on enough people to leave until that happens hence why they are delaying the announcement as then a lot of people might stick around.

Just pure speculation. I sincerely hope this place keeps running. I just lose hope as each day passes and especially after the tone of the last union email.
I've also been thinking that they are trying to game out the pilot attrition. One other 'rose-colored-glasses' possibility is that they have the twenty planes but there is a buy out/merger offer with some publicly traded company also in the works. They would be required by SEC rules to stay silent until the deal is done. I would like to think that the new opportunity is a good one but the timing of pilot and aircraft attrition could make it a very rocky transition.

I don’t mean to be insulting... but you think this clown shoe operation who can’t get a company call to go right would be able to execute a deal like that? I’m getting bitter for sure, but I don’t see that being feasible.

That company call went exactly right by their measure, if I had my guess...

Agree. I think something will come through, but I don't think it will be without months of unstableness. I think there are a few players involved with a possible buyout. Buyouts don't happen overnight, and the logistics that would even go into a deal are much beyond our level of understanding.

I agree with ninerdriver. I think the call went perfect for the company.... Plus the company would only be executing the deal to a certain extent. Probably just going back and forth with the potential buyer who would be running the show. I'm sure TSH isn't the easiest to buy from....

Oh ok...it’s going to be a while before that’s even an option to consider then.
