XJT upgrade times are coming down, forecasted to be 1000hrs and offering 22000 plus 5000 for type. 10k upfront and the rest at the end of training. Just some info for anyone thinking about moving on. Also, if you dont want to work for skypest.

One time on LAX ground, I heard the controller say "Who's the Skypest waiting at D10"? Was actually pretty funny.

It's light hearted fun. Don't take it too seriously. It's a just a regional after all. 95% of OO guys and gals are great. We are Comp-Ass, Compost, etc. All part of the fun.

Why would anyone want to go to XJT with 3+ year upgrades! They can hardly staff what they have on the property. Compass guys/gals would be better off at a ULCC or a wholly owned.
