2nd phone line doesn’t work. Is our upper management a bunch of IT inept boomers? Exhibit 1 is the inability to send an email without sending it to everyone. Exhibit 2 is obviously the phone calls. I’m surprised we’re able to schedule airplanes from point A to B at this point.
