Cuz it’s hardly been about hours for some time now. People need employment first and foremost. Flying your butt off to “get in, get out” isn’t really realistic in my experience.

Who aspires to be a regional lifer lol. And no I don't think there is going to be too much flying, I think we are gonna lose too many pilots and it's gonna be a sh!t show. just about everyone I've flown with or ran into has some other option they are pursuing. There are plenty more stable opportunities to log hours. There aren't gonna be any hours to log in a few months.

It was a question that was brought up, and deflected on the call. If we lose a third, or even half of our pilot group, will there be enough pilots for the new flying? Or even the current flying for that matter.
Are a lot of people waiting on class dates, especially captains. |

If there's anything good to announce it all depends on how much lead time they give. But will they be able to attract new captains like they will FOs?
