As in the dude was here for four years, left, came back as an FO, had the time requirements to hold the left seat, and was able to get it in a bid award.

I guess I should have been more clear. I am not in any way putting these guys down or saying they have done anything wrong. Just trying to clarify for others that might be reading this thread from the outside. So if a guy came in from another airline and had the upgrade requirements they could move to the left seat as soon as they finished NH training? upgrade is going that junior? there weren't any special exceptions made for these guys?

Hey ya'll, I'm trying to figure out what the sim instructor pay is per the CBA. So 15 per hr+ and a 5hr monthly override, is that right? Can anyone shed light on what is a typical month of credit time and how much opportunity there is to fly still? How bidding works? PM me if you would rather do that...

Kicking around the idea of putting my name in the hat on the next round.

Anyone know if the M & H uniform shirts shrink much after the first wash? Asking the important questions here.

There's only two ways to make those shirts fit.
1. Throw them away and get another brand.

2. Consume contents of every snack basket, every leg, until the shirt fits.

No noticeable shrinkage after three washes.

Exactly, whats the fuss with the ‘street captain’ thing? Tons of our 2015 hires were able got awarded CA once finished FO LOE. My classmate one of them and guess what, 2 years on rsv. So while you still building your right seat time, they are helping you out with sitting less rsv.

And to be honest lately people i flew with i really hope they learn more on the right seat before upgrading!

And all the people jumped here from OO are cool, kool aid drained and made their best decision of their life!
