I assure you, we’re not. We are all afraid for our health and our jobs right now. There’s a lot of pain headed our way as well, and we are just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

You guys seem like an awesome group. I’m sorry it’s worked out this way and wish you all the best.

Much empathy for the pilot group victimized by crappy management that lacked integrity.

Sad that there is no consequence for those who lied and evaded instead of just being straight and letting people make informed decisions to protect their families and careers.

Good luck all. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Compass, but MW can go sit on a pine cone.

I just wish they would share what the new opportunity was. Not like it matters at this point.

I don’t think they ever had anything for us.

someome from Skywest posted April 6th we would close, before it was announced/memo. I don’t think TSH had a contingency plan for us and that they were counting on us closing for awhile now

Just for context... I was getting told to pack my bags and go home when the Management told us “TSA is done on the April 1st, Compass is done on the 6th” before I shot my hand up and asked where that came from. We had a standoff of silence as he was surprised I couldn’t offer more info.

To be honest I don’t know how to respond

One, I was shocked to have complete open communication from leadership.

Two, he was shocked I wouldn’t expect it.

And C, I’m sure he was given an update from Delta as all the info was passed to regionals, but who knows.

But you know CP won’t disclose. They’re sure to say it could harm the other end of the contract or some trash like that, imho.
