I don’t know if I would say their -700s were new... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
The CRJ 550s? They arent new, they are reconfigured & repainted 700s that are leased from SkyWest. Just search the tail numbers. I didnt know until someone pointed it out and I asked around.

Multiple sources saying that 50 seaters will likely not survive at the UAX level, and even OO stating they don’t expect 55 200’s to be renewed. Crazy how just 2 months ago they were pulling 200’s out of the desert.

You would have to imagine that for every "adjustment" made to a contract, the partner will have to give something up that SkyWest wants. UA wants out of the 3 year 200 deal? sure, but they have to give X years of flying on some other airplane type one of their other WO operators or partner are doing. Purely a guess of course, but SkyWest don't do somethin' for nuthin'! |

I am just paraphrasing, but Chip said they are offering partners the opportunity to adjust contracts during this out of good will and the company are being flexible for them to do so.

Really thankful I just don't have to fly these planes anymore. Horn was spelled with a 0 and I couldn't get over it. |
