Breeze wont be in building C. Delta operates that building, I doubt they could get a reasonable lease for that space.

Starting flights out of MSP , CPZ cert .. at very least makes sense to use the CAE CPZ training rooms. Guessing ops spec would be CPZ’s with breeze updates. Know they have CA CJO’s out, perhaps we will see interviews for FO’s .. could be a relatively easy ramp up to hire CPZ crews.

Breeze already hired pilots before making change to acquire CPZ cert vs launching their own.
