So we get 4 hrs of pay on those 30 hr layover with duty that rolls from the previous day? Where the release time is like 0001. But no credit on those day. So just doesn't count in the bidding process towards like min credit and stuff. But we get the money?

That explanation on the email was clear as mud.

That's how I read it. No Credit on Flica, but we do get payed.
Any idea if we get back pay?(we definitely should) I know that was a big point of this as well.

We do get back pay but only to Nov 28th. Which sucks, in my case that's a lot of hours in November I'm not getting... I did a ton of fairbanks runs in November. Not sure where the arbitrary date came from, but it's still a gain, so at least we won the arbitration. The way the email reads the company agreed to back pay it since they fubared up this bid...

Routes are about the same length as any other "regional". Average is probably 80/month for a line holder.

Unless I'm reading the email wrong, the arbitrator decided on that, not the union.
