Bzzt and RJ are just like chicken little...you guys need to take a breath and pick up a hobby. You guys probably fell into the camp that thought last December (12/21/2012, or whatever it was) was going to be the end of the world.

If my magic eight ball is working correctly, they will over 25-30 flows a month for everyone including those not yet on property, there will replacement airplanes in there as well, PBS will be part of this deal as well as a longevity cap of 4/12. Look around, this is what they have been spouting for a while.

One hangup they currently have is that how can they meter today but tomorrow in exchange for concessions offer more people to flow, this is why the union has a grievance already filed. It seems the current MEC will not play games with management. They need us and want to lower longevity and have to replace 50 seat airplanes, it doesn't have to be done at the cost of the pilots.

No New hire classes at L-AE for NOV and DEC.

WOW.

All three are good airlines with great people, however, when considering movement, upgrade time, culture, contract, equipment, and performance.

Compass, Express Jet, Eagle - in that order.

Hot damn 5 more flows a month! Sign me up! I hope to god that doesn't pass but knowing this spineless pilot group I'm sure it will.

Ya I'm sure those 100 last month were all captains leaving to go to majors...you moved up 100 FOs bailing to other crappy but less crappy contract regionals. Our new contract will be somewhere In between Lxjt and Lasa, improvements for crj cuts for erj, but still industry leading (can't say that without laughing) but true. It won't be an endeavor or psa contract that's for sure we won't vote that in. We won't even vote in the middle ground contract I just mentioned, hope not anyway.

Voting NO on anything concessionary.

Full Pay till last day my friends, let it burn.

Considering big part of the FOs are below me (2011 new hires). Around 50 of those 100 where CAs moving into AA.

Usually Sr FOs move to spirit, united and JetBlue.

Sorry to burst your bubble, in 3 years I have moved around 700 numbers up, considering AMR is being in bk for two years.

Movement will continue and keep telling yourself you will get a better contract.

PSA signed a new contract less than 6 months ago and they voted yes for concessions and "large RJs". You might vote no, but the majority of the RJ pilots still have SJA for the EJets.

Don't kid yourself, our spineless pilot group at Eagle would have voted in the B scale if our reps hadn't voted it down. If the incoming concessionary deal for an "increased flow" is real and passes our reps I guarantee it passes by a wide margin. We're no better than any other sell out regional, we just got lucky.

Totally agree about the B scale vote. Let's see which "new deal" will AMR/USAir try next time. (Which might be sooner than we think)
