AWAC is similar...NHs usually get their preferred base by the time they finish training 1-2 months on reserve at the moment.
AWAC does need to find new flying but just trying to reset perceptions that we are teetering on the precipice of collapse...far from it...but I am definitely not impuning Compass as a choice. |

If they had a new fleet plan in place it would have been revealed by now.You don't replace 71 aircraft overnight, and with the contract due to end in 2015,there would have been something in the works by now.
Not true. AAG hasn't even revealed who's been awarded that new E175 flying yet. Plus I'm pretty sure awac will be around till 2017, which still gives them time to find new business if that's what the owners want. Highly doubt the owners would've given the thumbs up on installing new leather seats if the doors were going to shut in six months, but who knows. |

So tell that to the lady at the unemployment office in 6 months or so. "They bought us leather seats so I thought my job was secure" LMFAO |

New leather seats is job security to you?AAG probably made them do it whether they wanted to or not.Not may passenger planes have cloth seats anymore, they just needed to catch up with everyone else.

I heard a rumor that when we got the planes from the lessors, they had leather seats. We replaced them with cloth. Now that some need to be returned to the lessors in original condition, they need the leather seats back.
That, and f/a recruites are telling f/a's that we are getting 10 additional aircraft. Heard it from a flight attd, so you know its true. |
Compass vs. just go to compass...

Flip a coin. It's not worth over analyzing this.
