There won't be a slow down. Hiring and training plans change. Attrition is higher than planned so there will be indefinite hiring with larger than planned classes.
I can't believe I'm feeding this troll but an intelligent person who realizes Facebiter is a dumbass and has nothing to do with Compass will see through his ****-slinging.
For those looking to come to Compass, there will be continued and quick upward movement. We have less than half a dozen "lifers" and everyone I know here at Compass is ambitious with bigger plans to move to the majors. And people are moving up to the majors every single month. Attrition is high and moment is happening quickly. Unlike some of the huge regionals you'll see rapid movement up the seniority list.
