I know its extreme but they need to knock this off. They are borderline harassing.

Now that ALPA threw the hammer down on them about not running draft lists for IJA this will be the new practice. Unfortunately every time there is a new open trip they have to run a new list which means another round of phone calls. Supposedly there have been days with 9+ open trips recently. We are truly in a bad spot,on one hand we can pick up trips and help the company out of the staffing problems,on the other we just say "new phone who dis?" and we start cancelling flights,then our flying goes to Skywest Republic Endeavor etc

Not our job to work ourselves to death to bail out the company. This is their issue and they need to fix it. If we pick up extra and sacrifice our QOL and family time to cover flying, they’d have no problem keeping things the way they are. It’s their job to properly staff their flying. And if they’re not even willing to offer critical pay above 150%, it’s clear they don’t really care.

One kind of has to wonder if they really even DO care. The people that run airlines are seldom idiots, and frankly, if mere dumb pilots can see the obvious so can they...the corporate managers who have MBAs and pretty solid business/leadership experience. We aren't complaining about issues they have no clue about. We are complaining about things they choose to ignore.

Buddy of mine who slums it at one of those cargo outfits flying planes with 3 engines pointed out the other day to me that it seems like TSH is pulling out all the stops to staff G7 and AX but hesitant to do that with CP....but why???
