- flew with The chief recently he said he didn’t want to “settle for less” with a flow. Said he would much rather wait for a good one then settle for something like F9 or even spirit flow that was “selling ourselves short”
- IMHO allegiant is a phenomenal option for anyone who wants to make six figures flying but also be home almost every night. Sounds great to me.
- p2p / Union is saying they met with the company and are expecting a substantial increase in IJAs for FOs this May. Unbelievable. Never wanted to jump ship so bad

Involuntary Junior Assignment
The dark cloud over compass these days. Sorry to hear that, that's all bad. So we are heading into the summer hobbling on one leg. I wonder if we'll have many crew shortage cancellations this summer.
Are the junior manning limits in the contract being respected in terms of how many can be assigned?? Or is this just a free for all circus?
