Also has anyone else looked at our controllable cancelation numbers for Delta on the operational update... 30 month to date! that can't be meeting our contractual obligation.

I was under the impression it was % not an actual number.

Either way it's a huge number especially since our MTD D0 is 68%. But delta loves us and they only take our planes because they love us and it hurts them more than it hurts us.

DL performance is largely based on A14 while AA is D0

A14 was switched to A0 for DCI performance tracking

It always amazes me how much DL is able to throw CP around without any renegotiating.

Make sure you all know the IJA rules and FAR 117 like memory items. The CBA is all we have and what we pay dues for, we don’t need to be giving mgmt anything more than is negotiated! Unless of course they want to offer 300%.

And this one always annoys me the most. A0 is probably the thing we have the least control over. How many times have we all missed an A0 because of delay vectors? Or because the gate is still occupied? Or because there aren't any rampers around? I can ask for all of the shortcuts and fly at 0.81 all the way and still get told to slow to 0.72 and 250 in the descent and that mainline will be off the gate in "10" minutes.

I got a JM call the morning after just finishing another JM assignment that was tacked on the end of a previous trip. I got home after midnight (was supposed to be home at 1430) and was finally asleep sometime after 0100 when my phone started ringing at 0500 for another JM call. They have no shame. Let a guy sleep after a 12 hour FDP.
